I'm feeling pretty good today and wanted to share
I have a lot of weight to lose and I tend to lose s l o w l y but I have been plugging away and as of today I have lost 10% of my total body weight and 20% of my total weight lose goal 
If I continue at this rate I will reach my goal in 2012, but hey it is better than NOT reaching my goal!

 There is nothing wrong with slow weight loss. It helps keep it off later on!
