Im feeling sappy- A big THANKS to LIF ladies!
To all, for the advice/help offered in every way possible! 
Last nite, I had to buy formula, as some may know its the Similac Alimentum which is pricey.
Our insurance denied us in every way possible.
With lots of help from ladies here, with coupons and checks etc....
We purchased formula only, went from a $320 bill to $200! 
Its going to last me a month but hey, that is some great savings!
SO THANK YOU!
I seriously love being a part of this community and hope that I can/have help anyone in return!

wow!! awesome..and similac is so stingy with their coupons so thats an awesome deal!
we were on alimentum too and denied every which way from our insurance.
CHeck the buy/swap/sell thread b/c lots of times there are moms on here who have cases left over to sell. I got a bunch for a great price!

check CRAIGSLIST!! you can get alimentum for less than half price!
people sell theirs - formula that was covered by insurance so they sell it cheap
this was our alternative before insurance covered us.
if we have extra, I will send it your way!!!

Does alimentum come in 1.45 lb Powder containers? If so I have some coupons that I am not going to use.

it only comes in the small containers
we also have an opened can of powder we wont use if you want it debbie, maybe 1/4 is gone? we are sticking with RTF. i can bring it to the G2G if you'd like it!

Couldnt agree more ...These ladies rock!!! My dd is also on Alimentum and with the help of 3 special ladies on here I got alot of it for free. Which was a total blessing since my dh has been out of work for almost a year now.

Deb-have you talked to your ped? Before my insurance approved our formula the rep for my ped's office got me a few cases of Nutramigen AA...Good luck

Not in me to charge someone even at a discounted price when I didnt pay for it.

I totally agree with you!!!! If I got something I knew I would never use for free, I could NEVER charge someone I know who really needed the product. Especially when its for a baby..
