I'm fuming - Does anyone know where I can get my printer fixed?

I am so annoyed, it is just under 2 years old, and a part is broken.

I called HP and they are telling me I can't get it fixed by them or a replacement part but they will "upgrade it" for $280.

I pretty much cursed the guy out...there is nothing else wrong with this very expensive printer, just this small part cracked that holds the ink cartridge in place. I cannot see junking the WHOLE printer for one small plastic part that i can't see WHY they can't sell a replacement for.

I am furious. Does anyone know where I can try to see if they can fix my printer? thanks

I dont know the name of the place but it was located on Sunrise Highway..Im going to say around where Bobs is (is that Islip?) there was a place that we took our printer to...this was years ago though. It wasnt a big place or a well known name or anything.
