Im going BACK!!
Today is the day Im going back to the GYM!! Its been about 2 months and since I found out I was pg, I was restricted on any heavy activity for my health...Doc orders. I had no choice. Its been difficult and I feel like a blob.
So Im allowed to go back w/slight cardio and weights. I hope I can handle it and not cave in right away. Im limiting myself to 3x a wk and eventually will build up my stamina again. So hoping to add to the workout log like I used to.

Ok, it was so not easy!!! 
I can only do the bike (even though I hate it) and I was able to get 25 min in and at a level of 6.
I almost fell over after that..my butt cks were killing me. Just goes to show you how 2 months out of the gym has a major effect on the body.
SO, it was a start.....going back tomorrow.
