I'm hungry -- can you suggest a snack?
I ran down to my cafe and they didn't have any cut fruit, so I got some beets and cucumbers and I think its making me sick -- mind you I usually eat this.
Any suggestions? But no nuts or yogurt.

I'm still hungry, when I eat fruit -- its like eating air. It does not full me up.
My stomach is so empty that I feel sick -- oh god
This is my first day of feeling good and now I feel crappy.

Between DH and I, the carrots are almost gone.....

I always keep a ton of things in my desk drawer. Right now I have in there peanut butter & cheese crackers, graham crackers, blueberry nutri-grain bars, honey almond flax granola bars, apples, almonds and Club multi-grain crackers.
where do you work?
I'm gonna raid your desk!
