I'm looking for solid red or light blue or brown party hats.
It's not the end of the world to not have party hats at DS' first birthday but I'm not having a store bought theme so I just wanted to get some plain party hats in the colors I'm using.
Party City, Target, $ store does not have. Anyone see any plain solid color party hats?
Is Cedarhurst Paper better than Party City? 'Cause I think PC stinks!

Thanks. The party is this Saturday so ordering is not really an option for $3 worth of hats. Had I been on the ball earlier and not assumed that they'd be easier to come across, I would have.
