i'm loosing my supply HELP!
i was able to pump almost 3 1/2 oz from each side just last week now i can hardly do 1 1/2 from each side whats happening? HELP!

Have your eating/drinking habits changed? You need to eat enough & be well hydrated to produce milk.
Fenugeek seems to be the popular choice. Do a search on this board for it.
I used fennel tea which worked really well.

You MUST eat and drink enough and try, I know it's hard, but try to remain stress free - I know stress always affected my supply. Drink as much water as you can muster, eat oatmeal at least 2 times a day, take fenugreek, and start pumping more regularly, for longer periods of time. It's all about supply and demand so if you tell your body you need more milk by overpumping for a few days, it will start supplying it...

thanks girls. I dont think its stress i do think i am not eating and drinking enough.. who has time to eat !!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
No serioulsy i have to really try an get more meals in.

How often are you pumping and for how long? are you nursing as well? how old is DC? Supply wanes at 3 mos pp

I would advise you to relax. I noticed that when I stressed about it, my supply went down, when I relaxed, it went back up!
