I am not a mommy yet...but I am a social worker and help parents come up with sticker charts all the time. My biggest advice would be to start small with only a few goals because too many can cause child to feel overwhelmed. I would do one in each category - one behavior related/one chore related/one rule related. If they complete that goal they get a sticker...by end of day or week they can earn. Once those goals are achieved (they should be able to do these without reminders or charts anymore) then you can change the chart to add three new goals until those ae then achieved.

Rewards should be given pretty regularly so they feel successful and buy into the whole thing! So - daily rewards may be better vc weekly to start with. HTH!
