My upstairs neighbor was just out back planting tomato plants. Hello?!?! I know my mom has a massive veggie garden, and does most of the planting in the spring! What kind of results will my neighbor get? I mean, the ones she is planting are like 4 inches tall, not really ready to sprout out anything!

Tomatoes thrive in heat, so I can't imagine what kind of fruit she expects.

Lettuce, however, loves this weather so it's a good time to (re)plant some lettuce.
