I'm in charge of getting all the RSVP's to this summer outing they're having at work and I'm second guessing the wording, since its going to the Partners, Associates, etc. on our Team.

Please take a look...

Perhaps...

"the number of 'people' attending"...?

You dont need a comma after gentle reminder - and I would put a comma after "when responding" - otherwise it looks fine!

Should I send it to everyone who was invited?

-or-

Just the ones that didn't respond?

But, some of ones who responded didn't include if they were brining a guest.

Should I assume they aren't if they didn't say?

Or should I add something like...
Just a friendly reminder, the Finance Group Summer Outing scheduled for Tuesday, June 27th is quickly approaching. Please submit your RSVP, if you haven't already done so, by Monday, June 19th, and include the number of people that will be attending.

I did get more responses but I'm still waiting for 31 more people to RSVP. The venue would like the count 1 week before the event.

What should I say in another Reminder e-mail with out being a nuisance? Or should I say the same, but with Reminder #2 on it?
