WellI usually put her to sleep awake but drowsy. Last night she was wearing a really warm sleeper and she fell asleep in my arms after her last bottle. She's been breaking out of the swaddle me here and there so I let her go into a deep sleep in my arms which I never allow, I laid her down, and she went right to sleep and slept till 3:30 am. (her normal feeding time)
So no secret really, I just laid her down asleep instead of drowsy. Is Luca getting out of the swaddle yet? That was my sign.
