It's chicken cutlet with brown gravy and American cheese on a toasted roll. It's sooo good!!!!

Oh sounds delish!
But I think I'd sub mayo for the gravy. Not a huge gravy fan.

No idea...leaning toward a Swiss cheese sandwich with a little mayo, black pepper, pickles and tomatoes. I didn't pack my lunch today :(

I'm so excited about lunch!
I've been on a smoothie kick. Today I did frozen blueberries, peaches, and banana with greek yogurt, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, baby spinach, and chia seeds. Really yummy and filling but I usually need something crunchy afterwards so I'll probably have some almonds or pretzels later.

i found a peanut butter packet in a desk drawer from my coworkers "protein box" starbucks pack thing.. dont know how old it is.. but thats all i ate today

im about to do the same with nutella i bought "single serve" packets from italy..
a patient just threw up in the bathroom and has been sitting in the office burping. i am gaggggggggginggggg
