I'm so upset! (RE: DH an a job)
I posted about that one job possibility that we were waiting to hear back from with UNC. He was suppose to get a face to face interview. Well, we got an email from UNC that said that the recruitment for this position was cancelled. I am beyond upset! This was the only job that contacted him for an interview. I was really depending on this one. Now we have nothing to depend on or hope for.  When it rains it really does pour!!! There hasn't been anything else out there for over 2 weeks. I don't know what else to do. Sorry, I just needed to vent again! Thanks for listening!

I'm soooo sorry this is happening to you. Maybe he can hit the mall and just work retail and ride out the holiday season until a "real" job comes along.
*I don't mean to offend anyone working in retail. I just mean until a computer job that he's qualified for comes along

i'm so sorry.
is there a way that he can work two part time jobs?
I mean in all honesty, it seems that you are being more worried that he is.
I think you guys really need to have a talk.

Looks like part time is the way to go till something more permanent comes around....there must be plenty of seasonal work.
Has he tried craigslist to find a position?
Hope something comes soon

Job searches are full of up and downs. While it may seem like things are hopeless, understand that this time of the year many companies do not do much hiring. I'm pretty sure that things will pick up after the new year. To help with the ease any disappointment try not to put all your hope/faith in one lead or interview. Pray that the right opportunity will come. I know it's easier said than done, but it will help eliminate some of the stress/disappointment you are feeling now.
My last job search took 6+ months, so I know what your family is going through. My best piece of advice is to pray and try to be hopeful that your time will come. God didn't bring your guys this far to let you down. When things seem bleak He will always make a way.
