I'm still measuring a month ahead!

So I had my bi-weekly OB appointment yesterday and I'm STILL measuring a month ahead of my due date! Chat Icon

I'm 31 weeks and measuring 35 weeks!

My OB is sending me for another level II sono to see what's going on in there and see how big the baby is.

She said I might go early or I might just be buying myself a c-section (not happy about that).

Anyone else have this or hear of this (measuring a month ahead)?

Actually I was seeing a RE when I got PG... and I got pregnant on my 2nd cycle of Clomid and IUI, so I pretty much know for certain I got PG in August. Maybe I'm just BIG? I dont know! I'm excited for another sono though! I love seeing her!

You do not need to buy yourself a c/s...tell her that you plan on waiting it out. Unless there is a true medical reason a "big" baby does not = c/s.
Some women just hold more water. Some women measure bigger. Your due date could be off a bit as well.

you dont want the baby to get to big in there- its not good for either one of you.
I would just make sure you are prepared to go at any time.

I measure 2 weeks bigger my entire preg. and they just kept telling me, either he was big...OR the sono was just off...

Well guess what... at 36 weeks I had to have an amnio done, and found out I was in fact 10 days further along then we thought! AND ryan was a big baby... Chat Icon

@ 37 weeks 3 days he was 7-12

Re: I'm still measuring a month ahead!

wow, a month ahead. I know I have been consistently measuring a week ahead since the beginning. I know my mom grew big babies, and I have a feeling this one is big too.

I'll find out on MOnday just how big she is! We've been carrying the same and gaining the same too throughout both our pgs especially since our due dates are 3 days apart. Now I wonder...

Is your DH tall? Maybe she is going to be a tall baby? Was her height and weight a month ahead?

I still can't believe you are a month ahead. I have never of this either. Don't worry, you will get more answers as to why you are a month ahead. Your baby girl may be here sooner than you think.
