I'm such an idot Update
Like 5 mins ago i fell down a few steps at my mom house on her stairs.
I caught myself and of course i hurt my a hand and my Butt and part of my back.
My question is should i be worried that i just fell. I just want to make sure she is ok cause i hit my back.
I'm 21 weeks.
They want me to go to the hosital i'm so scared i really am i'm such an idot.
I hope she is ok. I'm so scared Dh is not here. I'm crying here 
Sorry i got home at 5:30 all they did was check her fetal heart beat they didn't do a sono. She said that she is fine her heart rate was at 160. They said they would have only done one if it was low but it was not.
They said everything sounds fine they said that if anything worsen to come back.
But i think i was more in shock then anything.
Thank you so much i was so worried about her.
Oh by the way lol the Doctor was HOT

Call the doc they may want you to come in for a sono. You should be fine if you arent belleding or cramping but call just to be sure they dont want you to come in.

i would call just in case to give myself piece of mind........ I feel at like 12 weeks and hurt my back bad, but they just said as long as my stomach did not hurt it was fine, just call to make sure!! Feel better!

Oh Christina...it'll all be okay.  Is your mom or someone with you to go to the hospital? Don't go alone. Your little  will be fine..chances are you are more shaken up by it than she is - hopefully didn't effect her one bit.

Relax, they are probably saying to go to the hospital to be on the safe side. I am SURE everything is going to be fine. Let us know what happens. Even if you fell on your belly, the baby is SO protected, she would be fine.
