I'm sure it's been asked but is it ok if I drink Seltzer?
Instead of water. I don't love water, I mean if I have to drink I can & will but can I get away with Seltzer?

I read as long as it is sodium free. That is all I drink I am the same way with water.

I surely hope so, cause i just bought i huge case of flavored sparkling poland spring water and yesterday i downed 4 bottles.

All I drink is seltzer (with lemon)!! I just make sure to buy the sodium free kind. I can only drink so much water

OK, this makes me feel better. I buy the lemon/lime seltzer from Wild By Nature, sodium free.

it's just like water. Just carbonated. As long as its sodium free you should be ok.
