I'm thinking of getting this for my god-daughter's NB pics, opinions?
I know it's a little different, but I figure they're kinda silly (as in, costumes/props/informal) pics anyway.

I don't like the lingerie look on a newborn... They are so precious and I feel like this would make the pics look "trashy"

ITA...I think it's a little too adult for a baby. I love the innocence and perfection of a newborn. It makes me cringe when I see babies in things that try to make them look older.

I tend to agree. It is pretty but I I just don't think I would like it on a NB.
ETA - Maybe a different color would be better, like light pink. Red comes off as very "racey"........especially paired with lace. KWIM?

imo, not appropriate, but different people have different tastes.... obviously if it's out there being sold there's a market for it. you'd know better than anyone whether the baby's mom would like it for her daughter.

I don't care for it.. but if I was going to use it I would pair it with a black or white onesie underneath. But I'm still not a fan of the whole see through lace for a newborn.

While I don't think it's a big deal I don't like this look on babies. I actually think most newborn photoshoots are weird and unnatural with the popular type props and poses used.
