I'm Tired of Being Fat and Finally Joining This Board
It's finally time...I am tired of being fat and I am finally getting my act together.
8 years ago I started a weight loss journey and lost 87 lbs on WW. I never felt or looked better in my life. Over the last 3 years I gained it all back plus an additional 10 lbs.  I have not worked out since the day before my wedding which was over 3 years ago.
I'm done making excuses, I just have to do this. I hate how I look. I hate being embarrassed. I hate going shopping. I want to grow old with DH and my DD. And I want to lose weight before DD realizes that I am fat.
I know it will take me longer this time, but I am finally committing.
Looking forward to all the tips and support on this board.

I have started back on my journey after gaining 20 lbs. and am loving the feeling that I am doing something good for myself! There's lots of great info here.

We are all here to support you. I too had gained the majority of the weight I had lost on ww and was so ashamed to go back - but I am so glad I did! You can most definitely do it again!!! Welcome back

I am right there with you. I started some work out too last week and I have been very good with food. No more salami and cheese for lunch. I am back to cooking healthy balanced meals.
I can't wait for nicer weather to go out again with DS for walks.

you can totally do it!! I just started on my journey this weekend!! It's so hard for me, but I know with some support, I can do it! Plus I put a picture of myself when I was in college and a size 6 in my fridge! I want to be that girl again!
