Imagery CD's
For those of you who used Imagery CD's - which did you use and where did you get it? I'm seriously thinking about using them, I am really praying for the power of positive thinking.

I have one if you want to use it. Its specifically for IVF. It wasnt half bad.....It was two CD's.

in short, I have no imagination - I couldn't lie on the bed every night for 30 minutes 'imagining' - fireballs in my uterus and drugs flowing through my systems and babies settling in for the long haul- it gets repetitive - the CD has 3 parts - pre retrieval, pre transfer and post transfer.
I enjoyed Friends reruns much better 
eta - this is the one I had guided imagery for ivf

I used the ones I got on line from anji.com. I will look to see if I still have them.
I found them to be very relaxing - especially during train rides into the city to see my RE.
