IMMUNIZATION NYC
ive been teaching in nyc for 5 years so i cannot remember. did we need to provide proof of immunization when we were hired? i cant find my proof of immunizations for grad school and can't find it anywhere! i am hoping my payroll secretary will have a copy!

i recall having to have a physical, but not proof of immunizations (although I could be wrong). You did have to show proof of being tested for TB.
