I did IUI twice, round #2 got BFP, I continued with normal activities, YES, play softball.

Just to differ... I would NOT.
Exercise has been clearly linked as a risk factor in studies to increase the risk of early miscarriage. I wouldn't risk it. I sure didn't with IVF.

Ask your Dr. My Dr said to continue with regular activites (food shopping - but don't carry the bags) but do not exercise. He said why risk it at this point?
So you'd have to miss 2 games before your beta? With any luck you'd have to tell your team that you can't play the remainder of the season because it's better for the baby for mommy to be a bench warmer!

Absolutely you should. No need to stop your regular life while you are waiting. I did everything I always did, and actually we cut down and carried our huge 9ft xmas tree the day of the iui, and I'm 23 weeks now.

I asked my RE about starting up a routine at the gym after my IUI and he did say to wait a few days... Although, I am not accustomed to any kind of exercise routine so if this is something your body is used to, it's probably ok!!
