In need of a REALLY good internist/diagnostician. Anyone??
Been having odd, sometimes quite severe pain since August and have had several diagnostic tests.
My internist simply doesn't seem interested in helping me figure it out. I am exhausted from this and unbelievably anxious.
If you can recommend an excellent internist, I would be so, so grateful.

Dr. Dorf in Valley Stream. He diagnosed a friend of my mom's with a rare disease. I used to see him before I left LI and my mom goes to him. Not the best bedside manner, but he is excellent and thorough.
