In need of a really good place for my eyebrows to be waxed and hair place for thick, curly hair....

I have had it with my waxing lady- she is working out of her fiancess house for a few yrs now, and she is either changing my appts or saying she broke up with him on and off over and over again, and cancels my appointments. I am all for a hard worker- which she is, but not want to be hearing about her stressful relationship and being done out of my appointments. I have been more then flexible- so my question is were should I go to get my brows waxed- I prefer an American place- and my hair done for that matter- my hair lady is pregnant and she is the only one I trusted with my hair- becuase my hair is thick and very curly and she was the only one to do my hair the right way. I am on the South shore of Nassau county. TIA!

I can recommend a place for your hair, but it is Queens. As for your brows, I get them threaded, not waxed.

I have a Curl Specialist for you!!!!!!!!!!! I have very curly thick hair, have gone to Ouidad, and all the curly haor salons in Manhattan, go to Jennifer @ Colors in CSH, she was trained at Devachan, she is a magician with curly hair, cuts your hair dry and uses Devacurl products, LOVE her!!!!!!!

A great place for waxing is Frasada in Oceanside, I go to Elsie and LOVE her.
