In need of Legal advice...

This is in reference to a car on my property that I need to get a title for(it's in his divorce agreement with his x wife) please FM me if you can help or know someone who can!

is the title currently in Keith's name? (Not an attorney trying to get the info anyway for you).

no that is the problem. it's in his x wife's name and we trued locating her with no luck. i finally got a hold of the dmv title div. and they said all i have to do is send in a copy of the divores papers that say he is to get the title back and then a copy of his d.c. then they will send me it back in his name. then i have to send it back and the it will be in my name! to easy i said. she said that was all i had to do. so we will see!
