In shock and so excited to be joining this board!
Hello everyone!
So excited to join you! 
Here's a quick recap of my story:
Got pregnant w/IVF, had high betas and a strong feeling that both embryos implanted.
First ultrasound was yesterday and we saw....
TWO heartbeats!!
We are overjoyed!!
They both measure 6wk1d, which is exactly what they should be based on day of retrieval/fertilization.
One more u/s with Dr. Tortoriello in two weeks, then I need to find an ob who specializes in twins and takes my insurance!
That will be my next post
