In the midst of tragedy there is always time to laugh

so......two month old DD had her shots last week and wasn't feeling great....then a few days later gets a virus and I was a WRECK and she was so so so uncomfortable and sick....then I find out my mother has bronchitis (we live with her)......same day we are told not to use the water in our area as it's contaminated - don't bathe, drink, boil, shower, etc. for 72 hours......GREAT! so we go to stay at my in-laws who are away and there's a billion people in and out of the door.......some of which are a bit whacky and want to see, touch the baby - go away!!!!!!!

but....as I type on the computer and watch DD on the monitor I hear a big 'ol noise that sounds like a duck! She had the loudest gas ever and it was amplified by the monitor!

Always have to keep a sense of humor, right?!

it's not always easy to look on the bright side but I try! now DD has a little cough and sneezing on and off - OY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thank goodness we all can come here to vent! I don't feel so nuts when I read everyone else's posts - thank you!
