In The Womb - National Geographic DVD
I bought it last weekend and it is amazing. Highly recommend it. It shows everything from moment of conception to delivery... Although i thought the delivery was odd - she delivered doggy style???

thats weird...well, maybe its not and I just don't know any better, but I think I'd prefer to be on my back!

I never saw the DVD, but in our lamaze class they said if the baby's head is facing face front, it is an easier way to deliver, relieving some of the stress to the back.
They say lady on your back is actually the "worst" way to deliver
Squatting, to the side, etc. is more conducive to the baby coming out; although this isn't possible after epi is given as your legs are weak

I watched the womb special on the way back from our wedding in ny on jetblue - we're pretty sure we conceived on teh wedding night so it was interesting timing. loved the special!!! i always found it amazing how the baby goes from egg/sperm to full human baby in 9 mos..amazing!!
