absolutely especially if the house is priced right! i had a buyer go into a bidding war last week and unfortunately lost.

absolutely especially if the house is priced right! i had a buyer go into a bidding war last week and unfortunately lost.
there were three offers already on our house when we bid. They were in a bidding war over like $1000 dollars or so. We found out at closing. We offered full price and the sellers accepted our bid. I bet the other people would be ****** that they lost the house they loved for only $5000 or so. The house was priced at or below other comps in the area.

Absolutely! I know someone who recently lost out on a house she loved. The price was great, those are the sellers who are getting the multiple bids.
