In TOTAL Shock.. 1 hour glucose results.
I PASSED!!! Im in utter shock. My last pregnancy I failed both the one hour and 3 hour by alot.. and even after dd was born I failed.
I fasted for both pregnancies.. only differnance was last pregnancy they did a finger prick and this pregnancy they took from arm and sent to lab. I asked doctor how I passed this time and failed last pregnancy..
His answer "well you passed 3 hour last pregnancy right?"
Me: no failed by alot.
puts me on hold double checks blood work, confirms its me.. and says Yes you passed # is 118.. Im soo happy. I always felt my last pregnancy was misdiagnosed b/c my dd was not big at all when born 7lbs 5 ozs.
Only sad part is I wont get to see my bean as much as I did with dd through sonos.. oh well at least no bloodtesting.
Well either way.. let this show you moms with GD doesnt mean you will have next pregnancy!!!

So you ate nothing at all that morning right?? What time was the test?

I didnt do anything at all different.. Ill admit it, im a horrible eater.. no vegetables in diet.. eat fastfood b/c dh works late, and craving lots of chocolate..
I fasted from 10pm night before and no water either except a sips through out the nite b/c mouth gets dry. My test was at 9:30 am.

Some doctors have you fast, some dont, just go by what your doc told you.
