In WTFF News: Bethenny Frankel Ordered by Supreme Court Judge: "No More Pajamas"
A Manhattan judge has ordered Real Housewives star Bethenny Frankel to stop wearing her 4-year-old daughter's pajamas, the New York Daily News reports.
The reality TV star, who appeared at Manhattan's Supreme Court on Thursday, Oct. 2, to discuss the value of assets she and husband Jason Hoppy must divide to enable them to divorce, was told very clearly such silly behavior was not advisable.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Ellen Gesmer had one message for Frankel's lawyer Allan Mayefsky: “No more pajamas!”
And when Mayefsky explained that the whole pajama incident (Frankel took a snap of herself wearing daughter Bryn's PJs and shared the snap via Instagram back in July) was supposed to be a joke, the judge was very firm.
“It’s not a joke. Her child is not a joke,” Gesmer said, reminding Frankel Internet postings remain online forever.
A trial to divide Frankel’s estimated $55 million fortune is expected to take place in the next few months. But despite Frankel's legal woes, things are looking up for the Skinnygirl entrepreneur, whose eponymous talk show was cancelled in February.
As Us Weekly exclusively reveals in the new issue, Frankel will return to the Bravo's The Real Housewives of New York City for the seventh season after a four year hiatus.
Producers hope her return will help boost ratings, which fell to 1 million (from a record 2.6 million) during season six. "Bringing her back is a last-ditch effort," one source says.

While I thought she looked ridiculous in that pajama pic, I am not sure why the judge cares.
I mean it's not like she was abusing her daughter or anything.

The justice system is becoming a big joke-losing focus at times on what is important.

I agree. I would be more inclined to agree if she was posting pictures of her daughter & using her for photo ops.

Either I'm missing something here or this is just stupid. What business is it of the judge, or anyone else, if she wants to wear her daughter's clothes. It might be poor taste but I wouldn't say it's harming the child.

I agree...I think the Judge is a joke! Honestly, I have done silly things with my daughters clothes, hats, and my daughter likes to take pictures of me with her ipad. "mommy take a picture she says" She gets a kick out of mommy being silly and having fun. We laugh about it and move on. I have never been judged by it! I may not be a fan of Bethennys, but if she wants to act silly and wear pjs..who the hell cares!!

It sounds like a hearing for financial matters, about splitting assets, not about kid(s) or parental rights/custody issues.
Doesn't make sense to me.

I can't believe a judge would say that. Whose business is it if she wants to wear her daughter's pjs. Is that a crime. If he is going to be the fashion police then he's going to be really busy as I see people daily dressed worse that she was.
I think it was really sexist and uncalled for.

I think, IMO anyway, this is a misrepresentation of what the judge actually said. I would guess that she was saying that she needs to not post inappropriate crap on the internet and used the PJ incident as an example
But I wasn't there.
