in your opinion
And I am asking for honesty. Should I not even get my hopes up for this cycle? A little background....back to back chemicals (hate that term)ina fairly short amt of time. last one was end Feb/early Mar, seeing RE (dr b) have a few issues (clotting, natural killers cell, 2 kinds of activated antibodies and a fibroid). This is the first cycle I am kind of doing IUI without the artificial part. I am on Femara,Prednisone and will be doing ovidrel and at some point lovenox going to BD on our own though.
Not sure if I should even expect that something could happen the first time. What do you think?

If you are taking all of those precautions, I think you have every chance in the world to get pregnant. It seems to me like you don't have trouble GETTING pregnant, just STAYING pregnant.
Keep your hopes up

I mean I am on femara and doing the trigger shot but bd'ing on our own not being artificially insemenated. Figured we'd try that first for a month or 2

It sounds like you are taking enough medication to help the process along. I have the same background - 2 early miscarriages. For me, it's the after-intercourse/insemination period that is more important.

Re: in your opinion
As long as your Dh has a good strong sperm count.. You have every reason to hope away.. and more important PRAY away!!!
ETA: sorry just curious.. Why dont you just do the iui since you are taking the meds anyway?? Your odds are better.. Just wondering..

I just feel we have been able to get PG pretty easily and I couldn't really find anything to show my chances would increase all that much. I figured 1 or 2 cycles this way and if doesn't happen we'll do the IUI. Your prayers are greatly appreciated.
