increasing milk supply?
I'm taking 3 fenugreek pills 3x/day, trying to drink more water and pumping at least 15-20 mins about every 3-4 hrs. I have a decent supply but was wondering if there was something more I could do to increase it.

I did the same as you but also ate oatmeal (not the instant kind) every day and drank Mothers Milk tea about 3 times a day. I've also heard that drinking a (dark) beer will increase your supply but I'm not a fan of beer.

More Milk Plus worked for me much better than fenugreek. I also ate oatmeal but not sure how much that helped.

how much fenugreek are you taking? I found that I had to take at least 3 pills 3 times a day..to see a diff...I also pumped until a second letdown happened..which was usually around the 20-22 min mark..and I would often get another oz in that 2nd letdown...and lots and lots and LOTS of water...when you think you are drinking a lot...drink some more...
