Re: Indian food
I'm a vegetarian, so all of these are meat-free..
Saag paneer Aloo gobi Bharta Pretty much any daal...sometimes I like a thin one, sometimes a thick one where the lentils aren't totally cooked down Chana masala Malai koftas
And all of the rice types...especially pulao with peas
And all the breads, but especially roti
I love Indian food! When DH and I were in Bangladesh last year (granted, Bengali food is different but there are a lot of similarities) we had fresh made roti every morning, hot from the pan...ahhhh so good!
Actually having Bengali food tonight at the IL's when they break their fast (its now Ramadan)...gotta wear my fat pants so I can load up haha
ETA...whoops, forgot appetizers! Pakoras, samosas and puri are my faves...they're all fried and terrible for you, that's why they taste amazing.

Indian food
My fav is chicken tikka masala, a pretty standard one. DH likes vindaloos but they tend to be really spicy.

Re: Indian food
Sooo many!
Palak paneer (spinach w/cheese cubes) Chana masala (chickpeas) Bhindi (okra) Bharta (eggplant) Daal (Lentils)
Chicken biryani (chicken and rice) Keema (grund beef w/peas) Chicken salan (chicken curry) Butter chicken (chicken in a creamy tomato sauce w/a ton of butter) Chicken tikka masala
All of this with a whole wheat paratha or naan (paratha is a flat bread, naan has more rise to it)
