Indoor open play for almost 2 year olds?
Where can I take my girls for indoor open play? I am on the Farmingdale/Babylon border.
They are almost 2 and climb like monkeys. I don't want to take them somewhere too crazy/overwhelming since I am outnumbered and they run in different directions.

Once Upon a Treetop in Plainview - I'm there 1x week with my 2yo. He loves it and I can just sit there and watch him as he runs around like a crazy person lol
ETA: open play is from 10-5pm and its $12/per child

I took mine to Kangaroo Kids when they were that little. It's contained and small, so it was nice that they were able to run around and it wasn't too hard on me!

Wood Kingdom in Farmingdale - took DS there last month, he is almost 2. I was worried he'd be too small but he could do almost everything. He loved it!

I love Le Play Cafe in Merrick, especially for that age. It's one open play area with different "stations" and it's all enclosed by a half wall.

East Northport Gymboree - Open Play times vary, but Tuesdays they have 9:30 - 12 - a nice long stretch.

I'm taking my DD to Bouncers and Slydos in Farmingdale next week when I'm off. They have toddler time from 10-2.

Thanks!!! I took them to wood kingdom on Friday and they had a blast. It was small and contained so I felt like I could handle it really well. I am going to do my best to go to any many of these suggestions as we can.

Re: Indoor open play for almost 2 year olds?
Le Play is the best place for younger kids....especially w/ twins. All 1 big, contained room so you don't have to be a lunatic running in 2 differnet directions. My kids loved it there at that age.
Another good place is Bouncers and Slydos in Farmingdale. It is around the corner from Wood Kingdom. They have staff helping and toddler time is from 10-12.

Bounce U for the Preschool playdate. You need reservations and they don't allow too many kids so it's good. Plus they limit the ages so there are no big kids jumping on them.
