Inexpensive, good restaraunts in queens & western nassau?
Looking for a place for my DS 1st Birthday & I'd like to be able to decorate it a little, with good food, & under $30.
Can anyone give me any feedback on these places in regards to party pricing & food (we'll have about 40 people):
Buon Gusto -Roslyn
City Cafe - Garden City
Vincent's Clam Bar - Carle Place
TR's Great America -Williston Park
Umbertos -New Hyde Park
Nick & Maggie's - Floral Park
Anthony's - Oakland Gardens
Il Vesuvio's - College Point

Hmmm maybe Barosa's in Rego Park? It's on Woodhaven Blvd, but the room is kinda small, you'd have to check to make sure it'll fit 40 ppl.

As far as Vicent's goes- amazing food and fabulous service! We just went there last night for dinner and I had some of my leftovers just now- sooo good! I was just telling DH last night too how wonderful the service always is there.
Umberto's also has delicious food...I haven't been there in awhile though.

spumante restaurant in east meadowgreat food reasonable prices very friendly staff.

Sole in Oceanside is around $25/person and has amazing food. I've had a party there and couldn't have been happier.
