Infant Car Seat question
I am trying to figure out if my son will make it through the winter in his infant carseat, and therefore I will use the bundle me, or if he will be in the big carseat, and need a snowsuit.
At 4 months, he is about 15 pounds, and 26-27 inches. Do you think he will make it through the winter in the infant carseat? At what age, height or weight did you move your dc? Thanks!

Re: Infant Car Seat question
I waited til she was 30 inches and 20lbs, but I asked the ped and he told me at 7 month visit- it was time to ditch the seat.

Re: Infant Car Seat question
Most infant seats go up to either 20 or 22lbs, so it's up to him to decide, and/or how much can you carry? 20lbs of baby + 10lbs of car seat gets pretty heavy. If he's 4 months now, by the end of winter (March), he'll be 10 months, and more than likely over the 20-22 lb limit.
