infant carseat question
my son just turned two and i will be having this little onein july... My question is did you go out and buy a new carseat or did you use the one that you used two years prior? My son was only in his infant carseat for 6 months. thanks

For my 2nd (14 months apart) i used the same infant carseat. My SIL now uses that same carseat for my niece.

We used the same one. They are good for about 5 years, so you're still well within the "expiration date" of the seat. Plus, you know the entire history of the seat, so you know that it hasn't been in an accident, damaged, etc. I don't like used seats from other people for that reason, but if the seat has never left my sight, then I know it's OK.

My 2nd child is due in July (my son is 2.5) and we'll be using the same seat.

We used the same infant seat. My 1st one only used it for 3 months!! and they were 2 years apart!
