ING accounts?
If you have one, do you like it? would you recommend opening one?

I love my ING account. It's very user-friendly and money is transferred very quickly. However, HSBC.com is doing a promotion that any new money earns 6% until April 30 and afterwards the rate decreases to 5.05%. ING is 4.5%. I have both ING and HSBC.com.

I have Emigrant-Direct which is basically the same thing but their apr is 5.05% right now.

We actually just opened a Savings account w/ ING Direct about a month ago. We're saving the down payment for our house, and it just made more sense than having it sit in a bank account collecting about a dollar a year in interest! Now we get about $30 a MONTH!
Even though we'll most likely be buying at some point next month, we plan to keep the account open so we can continue to save.

We have an ING account but now Citibank also offers an esavings account at a higher rate than ING. I keep money in both.

We have HSBC because it's 5.05% which is higher than ING. Even Wamu is higher, they offer 5% when you open an online checking and savings.
