Inglesina Zippy v. Bumbleride Flyer
DH & I went to BBB today to start our registry and test out strollers. We plan to get a Britax Companion as the infant carrier and will use it in either stroller. I can't decide - any thoughts if you have either? TIA!

Re: Inglesina Zippy v. Bumbleride Flyer
We're getting the Zippy. Both the Zippy & the Flyer got really good reviews in Baby Bargins, but the Zippy is a little lighter, has a really cool 1-hand fold mechanism & folds flat. We live in the city& take public transportation a LOT so those 3 factors were really big selling points.

BBB stands for Buy Buy Baby. Doesn't sound stupid at all....everytime I abbreviate BBB for my friends they are like Bed Bath and Beyond sells baby stuff?
They are both really nice and good strollers. I would go with the bumbleride flyer because of the reversible handle. But you can't go wrong with either one.

I was leaning toward the Bumbleride b/c of the handle - but on the downside, there is no tray. So, for me, I like them equally but Bumbleride is bigger/heavier and has no tray.

I have the zippy - feel free to ask any questions you have about it - I love it - but I don't use my infant seat with it - it is compatable with any seat but some seats you need a convertable strap which comes with it - Honestly the seat is so heavy with baby in it. I have a snap n go - which is perfect for quick errands or when I don't want to take her out of the seat - I use the zippy for walks, and longer errands like when we go to the mall.

The zippy is much lighter and folds up more compactly.

Re: Inglesina Zippy v. Bumbleride Flyer
Wow, what is this zippy??
I registered for the flyer so I can't say what it'll be like on a daily basis but we loved it and know people who have it that rave about it as well. I also love that I could register for the single stroller (no snap n go or anything) and be covered from infancy through toddler.
I just looked up the zippy to see if I can see the difference(s) and the ones I noticed are:
.Flyer has single bar handle (this was very important to me) and the handle moves from one side to the next; .Weight difference is only 2 lbs (according to BRU, the Zippy is 17lbs. The Flyer is 19lbs); .All four wheels swivel on the Flyer (only front two on the Zippy); .Flyer has five point reclining system, Zippy four; .Being the vain mom-to-be that I am, I like the look and colors for the Flyer much better.
Hope this helps! If you search Bumbleride on LIF you'll get a ton of rave reviews; I'm sure you'll get the same if you search for Zippy - maybe that'll help your decision?

Re: Inglesina Zippy v. Bumbleride Flyer
Thanks for all your input- I think I'm going with the Zippy b/c of the tray and b/c from the reviews I've read, it's much more convenient than the Bumbleride. I loved the look of the Bumbleride and the fact that the handle is reversible, but reviews say it's really a lot bulkier than I'm looking for. Plus, when I put my infant carrier in the inglesina, the baby is facing me anyway. Thanks!!
