Insanity Max 30
I train 2-3 times a week at the gym but never have a desire to go when I don't have a training appointment. So I ordered Insanity Max 30. Tried out the 1st workout yesterday and it was INSANITY! I feel like I am a pretty fit individual but I was dying! Hope I can get off of the plateau I've been on lately.

Is it high impact? Harder than T25?
