Inspection Early Sunday Morning!!!
We are having Heimer Engineering come and look at the home that we are first accepted on - I am packing my handy dandy notebook to write stuff down in - Anything that I should have written down to ask?
I want to be overly thorough - Also - Is this the time to ask what they are going to be leaving behind? (such as appliances, ac units, etc...)

Thanks for asking! We just need to upgrade the amps on the electric but we have an electrician in the family  . The guy from Heimer was amazing. I would absolutely say use them if anyone needs an engineer
