Inspection went great!!!!
So excited that the result of our house inspection went well...nothing major considering the house is 30 years old!!! Contracts will be going to our lawyer on Monday!!!!
So funny, other people came to look at the house when the inspector was there, i nearly dropped kicked them all to the head. My REA kindly told them that we were doing an inspection because the house already had an accepted offer but they were welcome to come back and look later!! Yeah right...get out of my house biotches!!!!!

Great!!! My house is 80 years old and the inspection was good.
It's not the age, it's how it was built and taken care of.
