Interesting website that tracks and predicts interest rates,etc

I just came across this site. It has historic tracking, and prediction of various money-related items. Mortgage rates, T-bills, Dow Jones, etc.

According to their charts, the rates are the lowest they are going to get. They appear to be hovering right now until May or so, then start rising.

Take it with a grain of salt, but interesting to look at nonetheless.
