I think so... I hope so, I have creamers a few times a week. I haven't heard anything other wise.

I put this and/or coffeemate in my coffee (decaf) every single day. I have a perfectly healthy baby!

ohh goodie!
i didn't read anything about it not being good
i just thought maybe bc it has the artificial ingredients in it, etc. that it wouldn't be!!LOL! man, and to think that i deprived myself of it for so long!! im making one today!! :)
