Intralipid Ladies
I am trying to see if my insurance company will reimburse me for the two treatments I already had. I called them and they said I need to give them the CPT Code so that they can look it up. Would any of you know that code? I called Dr. B's office but since they don't bill for intralipids, they didn't know the code. Thanks for your help. I tried googling it as well but had no luck.

I'm sure if this is it, but the code I gave my insurance company is 795.79 and i was reimbursed good luck!

This is a diagnosis code (ICD-9), not CPT.
The doctor's office is just billing for administration of the meds. You should call the NYC office to find out the CPT code they use for this. 646-792-7476

Thanks, Lauren. I called the NYC office and she told me the CPT code is 96365 (IV Infusion) but she said it would be helpful to give my insurance company both the CPT and ICD codes. Thanks so much (both of you!) for this info.
