Introducing zucchini...
Zucchini is now one of the approved veggies that Ryan can try... can't find it anywhere in baby food so I need to try to make it myself.
Has anyone made zucchini baby food yet? Do you seed it and puree it? Do you need to add anything or no since it holds a lot of water?
Any help would be appreciated!

I would peel it, seed it and then steam it. After that you really should be able to mash it with a fork or puree it if you prefer. It shouldn't need any additional water.
BTW, zucchini is one of my DD's favorite veggies! Good luck!
