For a few reasons, I switched to wearing them at night only. This extended my treatment for a long time and we altered the plan, but treatment still worked. I had great results. It it just took longer. Once in a while, I would wear the aligners during the day at home. I have been in retainers at night for about 2 years now.
interesting. did they offer you permanent retainers?
If you are referring to the permanently, attached retainers, I did not want them.
yes. they want me to have those too. did you not want them because of flossing problem etc? i'm worried about that!
