ipad apps for first graders
Does anyone have good ipad apps they would recommend for first graders? I want to start using the ipad with my class, but don't know what apps would be good and fun for them.

My kids (K and 3rd) love Stack the States. A fun geography game with facts about the states.

I have to admit that I let my first graders use my iPad as a reward and they mostly play Angry Birds....now if they could combine Angry Birds with a phonics game, it would be brilliant!!

There's a company called Pi'ikea St. that has really cute apps. Some might be too young for 1st grade but the Memory Train app would be good for them!
