Iphone help...FB app...very lost!!!?
I downloaded the fb app...and then saw it briefly on the page now it gone but says "installed". where did it go? what can I do?
So confused!

Can you connect it to the computer and see if it pops up after it syncs?
Never had a problem finding an app after I DL'd it. Did it wind up in another folder ?

I don't know..but I am so confused. How would I check if it went to another folder? Is there anything I can do just from my laptop?

If you have the iPhone4 you can make folders. When you hold down the home button and the apps start to shake you can take one and lay it on top of another and it automatically creates a sub-folder and you can add other apps to it.
You downloaded the app directly to your phone or from the app store on itunes on your computer? Either way you should be able to just sync the phone to your computer and any downloads will sync between your phone and iTunes.

Its not the 4 though this is for the 3gs. I saw something that said Facebook in the settings icon but it doesn't get me to FB. I downloaded through itunes using the phone..not my computer. Is there anything I can do through my computer. Are you saying just hook it to the computer and that may do the trick? (YOU ARE SO HELPFUL BY THE WAY!!!!)

did it put the icon on a different "page" besides the home page? scroll to the right on your home page and see if it made another page of apps.. does that make sense? lol

Ahh -- then forget about what I said about folders.
Yes just sync your phone to itunes. If you downloaded it to itunes on the computer, you need to sync it for it to be on the phone. Hopefully once you connect the phone to the computer and it syncs, the app should be there.

That is where i originally thought I saw it..was on the 2 nd page of apps next to contacts...but now it is gone. I found soemthing under "Settings" that says facebook but when I hit it it just shows properties and such..no where to sign in.
I don't think I was ready for this technology!!!
