ipod question
i have an ipod that doesnt even work...nothing..i try to charge it and doesnt do anything at all..just a blank screen...what can i do?i only had it for a month and this happened.and i dont have a receipt or the box...does anyone know where i can get it fixed? i know nothing about these things..thanks for your help!

you have to make an appointment at an apple store and they will take a look at it.

i called apple about mine, it was still under warranty and they mailed me a new one (i didn't have a receipt either). they can look up by the UPC or something to see when it was sold.
